Each brooch is laser-cut from an 8x8cm area, with holes approximately 1.5x2cm. Nearly all designs fit within this size, which we’ve found to be ideal — big enough to show off the artwork, and with a hole that suits most sunglasses arms. We aim to keep the whole range consistent at this size for both style and function.

How It's Made
How It's Made
The range is 100% made in Beechworth, VIC, making each piece truly unique. We begin with MDF or acrylic as the base, then UV print Judy’s original hand-painted artworks onto the surface. These vibrant designs are precisely laser-cut into their final shape, ensuring no two pieces are exactly alike due to the subtle variations in brush strokes. Each item is then hand-assembled, carefully packaged, and shipped directly to you, blending artistry with practicality.

How To Use A Glasses Brooch

Magnet or Locking Back?
Magnetic Back: This uses two VERY STRONG magnets instead of a pin, so there’s no hole in your clothing! It’s ideal for delicate fabrics or if you don’t like the idea of piercing your clothes. (Just be careful near pacemakers or credit cards)
Locking Back: This is a secure, push-and-twist clasp that works like a traditional pin. It’s perfect if you want your brooch to stay firmly in place all day, even on thicker fabrics like jackets or coats.
Both are great – it just depends on how you want to wear your brooch!

Every piece is Unique
We start by UV printing original hand-painted designs onto MDF or acrylic boards. These artworks are then laser-cut into brooches, with each piece showcasing different brush strokes and paint textures—no two are exactly the same. Finished by hand and made to hold your glasses securely, they’re a perfect mix of creativity and design.
