Aust Wide Shipping

Standard Shipping:

We like to keep things simple — standard shipping is a flat $10. We use Australia Post, and we generally need around 3–5 days to handmake your items before they’re posted. Australia Post are usually great at getting your parcel to you quickly, so most deliveries arrive in under 2 weeks.

Express Post Shipping:

Even if you choose express, we still need about 3 days to make your item/s before they’re ready to ship. After that, we send it with Australia Post Express, which usually speeds up the delivery by a few days. As most of our products are handmade, we’re not able to post the same or next day. This is the quickest turnaround we can offer — thanks so much for your understanding and patience.

International Shipping:

At this stage, we don’t ship internationally. The easiest way to get something sent overseas is to order it to yourself or someone within Australia and have them forward it on.

Parcel Pickup from Beechworth

Yes! You’re welcome to pick up your order from Beechworth (but sorry we don't have a shop!) We’ve got a secure parcel letterbox at our property.

Just place your order and select “Pickup” at checkout. Once your order is ready (in approx 2-4 days, you’ll get an email letting you know it’s in the box and ready to collect.

Pickups are from 50 Kars Street, Beechworth — we’re on the edge of town, just a few kms from the main street. If you need help finding us when you arrive, give Jacqui a buzz on 0427 009 784.
